Guys, I am on vacation in the Bahamas this week! White sand beaches, palm trees, pina coladas… and Hurricane Isaac.
But, not to worry, I’ve been told the view from our hotel room will be spectacular.
As of the time of writing this post, I honestly have no idea if this picture will turn out to be true, so wish me good travel karma and a view that’s a little more like the top image than the bottom one, please.

Not to worry: I have posts scheduled for the rest of the week that will go up as usual, but you may notice that Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Google+ are a little quiet this week, because I will be largely internet-less, and totally busy screaming down water slides anyway.
