Uh, who wouldn’t want a manicure that resembles dripping blood? That’s why I decided to modify this drip manicure with blood colors for Halloween like I’d seen on some other pins without tutorials.
(You write a tutorial, you get my link. Remember that, bloggers of the world.)

I tried the bobby pin thing as the instructional tutorial recommended, but I ended up just using the brush, honestly. I are lazy.
Turns out it paid off this time, though, because it kinda worked.
I vaguely considered telling you all that this is really actually how my nails looked after watching the debates last night, because I had to claw out my own eyes upon seeing more lies, patronization, fake grinning, and stupid hair. (And I am mostly directing that at both candidates… except for the stupid hair one.)
But I am a woman with needs, and my needs right now are a flexible work schedule so I can cook dinner for my husband every night and be available to pop out babies should the need arise, and also to be available in case some company needs a binder full of qualified women for something. To hell with equal pay for equal work. We really just want to be able to go home at 5 every day so we can finish the laundry. It’s true.
Anyway, my eyes are barely intact and my manicure is not real blood, so small blessings.
Is it December yet?
