I like to craft. There, I said it. And there aren’t too many things I wouldn’t craft. I mean, really, all a craft has to do is give me a tiny, tiny indication that I might have a chance, and then my self-esteem becomes dependent upon actually doing that craft, as quickly as possible and without regard for the consequences.
Also, I just like crafts– all kinds of crafts. They all have some redeeming quality, and I usually see that first, before I see any of the warning signs or red flags, even if my friends tell me. It’s a failing, compounded by the fact that I sometimes drink-and-craft.
But, there are a few things even the Pintester would not craft.

I love this. Just like those ridiculous stores that pin their shirts in the back of the mannequin, so you think it’s going to be a cute form fitting shirt when in reality it’s a potato sack.
LyndsayW whooops! I do that at work…

courthal1 No! That makes me sad!
LyndsayW does it make it better that I work in a men’s clothing store??
courthal1 Yes 100% better!
Haha! I love this! Hope you do a lot more “would not craft” break-downs! I see some DIY things on Pinterest and just laugh at the absurdity.
Pics of the Danza tattoo or it didn’t real happen!
*really
@Groove Chicken Fine. You caught me.
I have to say I have a few t-shirt fails too! Apparently you can make a wedding dress out of t-shirts if you really wanted to!
Lol! I tried making a DIY gym shirt out of a baggy shirt. i can’t cut straight and ruined everything 🙁
hi 🙂 i have just found another pinterest tesing blog (off pinterest) and just wanted to let you know that its is quite lame and that yours is FAR more entertaining and informative :)thank you for testing and good luck with your further endeavours!
I tried this kind of idea with a t-shirt once. No way! Never again!Keep writing…
L.O.L. Seriously….at work! I am just hoping no one walks in.
omg….your blog is sooo funny….
I actually just tried this last night it was too small of a shirt so I was looking at something else to make.
Sewing dress form thing is a definite red flag. Plus the end result doesn’t even look that great on a perfectly shaped faux-human so it is therefore guaranteed to make my stretch-marked lumpy guts look lumpier.
