I feel like I’m a pretty efficient person. If there’s something on my task list that’s going to take two minutes or less, I’m pretty good about just getting it done instead of putting it off. So I’m going to call it efficiency when I see an alcoholic beverage on Pinterest that doesn’t require me to buy any ingredients that I don’t already have, and I fucking make it right then.

Yes, darlings, not only did I have Midori (which you will recall from my drunk house tour), but I even had whipped cream that wasn’t past its expiration date. Applause, please.
Know what’s even better about this drink? It’s equal parts everything except the whipped cream. And the whipped cream is however-damn-much-you-want.
Easy, memorable, and I had all the ingredients on hand. So I made myself one and I drank it, and I liked it. And then the next night I made myself another one because, damn, it was easy. And then my sister came over and wanted me to make her a drink because she has babies and never gets to drink, and I made her one, and she liked it (and my niece really wanted one, too, but we had to bring out the, “no, this is a drink for grown-ups” spiel).
So, in conclusion: easy, memorable, no weird shit. I will probably add this to my semi-permanent repertoire of drinks I can make when people say, “Make me a drink,” and not end up serving them something I make up on the spot that ends up resembling Drain-o.
A win all around.

Woah, calm down guys. The link under the picture works for me.
Winning! Looks yummlicious! I’m a little sad not to have a drunk nail art to try with it, though. Guess I’ll have to roll my wet nail polish in glitter and see what happens instead. *sigh* On a side note, there’s no such thing as left over whipped cream in my house. How’d you pull THAT off?
